Dr. R. Gopalakrishnan, currently serving as the Professor, Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Dean-Administration & International Relations of at K.S. Rangasamy College of Technology in Tiruchengode, Tamil Nadu, holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Power Systems, from Anna University, Chennai, completed in 2015. With over 24 years of experience, he has held various positions in academia and industry. His academic journey includes an M.E. in Power Systems from Annamalai University in 2004, a B.E. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bannari Amman Institute of Technology in 2000, and a Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The Salem Polytechnic in 1997.

Dr. Gopalakrishnan's expertise extends to mentoring and research, evident from his role as the Chief Mentor at Idea Lab, GEMCP, and as an Expert Member of AICTE NEAT 3.0. He has been involved in numerous projects sanctioned by prestigious agencies like TNSCST, AICTE, DST, and others, focusing on innovation and educational development. Additionally, he has made significant contributions to academic publications and intellectual property, with 2 patents granted, 15 patents published, and 5 patents filed. His scholarly output includes 31 paper publications (15 in journals and 16 in conferences), reflecting his dedication to advancing knowledge and technology.

As a recognized Ph.D. supervisor at Anna University, he has supervised several scholars in diverse areas such as hybrid level set intelligent mechanisms, blockchain-enabled decentralized trust management, and optimal power quality management, among others. Currently, 1 scholar has completed.

Dr. R. Gopalakrishnan's work has been acknowledged with prestigious awards and memberships in various professional bodies, underscoring his leadership and influence in the academic and research community. His dedication to excellence continues to inspire and shape the next generation of engineers and researchers.

Dr. C. Rajasekaran has 23 years of teaching experience. A graduate in Electrical engineering, he received his Doctoraldegree from Anna University, Chennai in 2015. His teaching methodology synchronises theoretical principles with practical applications, covering microcontrollers, real-time computing, and embedded software development comprehensively which invites students to work with him. His research areas include Embedded Systems, IoT, Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning applied to imaging and agricultural domain. He has filed 3 patents in his research areas and has got 2 granted. He has completed the AICTE funded project in Precision Agriculture as a principal Investigator. He is the co-investigator of the healthcare projects in AI & ML domains funded by DBT and SERB, India. He has organised a number of conferences, workshops and seminars including funded programs. His total funding is to the tune of 80 lakhs. His publications are in peer reviewed Journals like Elsevier, Springer, and IET. He presents his research regularly in IEEE conferences which include TENCON 2018 held in Malaysia, EMBC’19 in Germany, TENCON 2022 in Hongkong and TENCON 2023 in Thailand. He has also visited Malaysia twice for presenting papers. He has chaired session and received the ‘Best paper Award’ in ICFSP in France in 2018. He is a senior member of IEEE and is the student branch counsellor since 2010. He has 5 Ph.D. research scholars under him, currently pursuing in Anna University, Chennai. Specializing in Embedded Systems, he is the founder of Mindnics Private Limited, a startup for Customized Electronic product development.

Dr. P. Aravindan is working as a Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at K.S. Rangasamy College of Technology. He completed his B.E. degree from SASTRA University in 1993, followed by an M.E. degree from Annamalai University in 2003, and earned his Ph.D. from Anna University in 2015. He has 22 years of teaching and industrial experience.

His research interests include renewable energy resources, energy auditing, power electronics applications in power systems, and fast-charging stations for electric vehicles. He has successfully installed and maintains a 0.75 MW grid-connected rooftop solar power generation system on the campus and serves as the Professor In-Charge of the HT Power House.

Dr. Aravindan has made significant contributions to academia through his research publications, with more than 20 papers published in international refereed journals and over 20 papers presented at international conferences. He actively organizes and chairs technical sessions at both national and international conferences.

His professional affiliations include membership in esteemed organizations such as The Institution of Engineers (India), where he is recognized as a Chartered Electrical Engineer and Fellow Member, also life member in Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE).

Dr. T. Venkatesan is a Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at K.S. Rangasamy College of Technology, Tamil Nadu, India. He obtained his Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The Salem Polytechnic, Salem, in 1991, his B.E. degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Regional Engineering College (now National Institute of Technology), Tiruchirappalli, in 1997, his M.E. degree in Power System Engineering from Annamalai University in 2002, and his Ph.D. from Anna University, Chennai, in 2013.

With 28 years of teaching experience, Dr. T.Venkatesan has made significant contributions to engineering education, research, and academic administration. His research interests include Energy Management, Economic Dispatch, Unit Commitment Problems using Soft Computing Techniques, Photovoltaic Systems, FACTS Devices, Matrix Converters, and Intelligent Techniques for Power System Applications.

As a recognized Ph.D. Supervisor of Anna University, he has successfully guided six research scholars to complete their doctoral degrees and is currently supervising four Ph.D. scholars in diverse areas of Electrical Engineering and related interdisciplinary domains.

Dr. T.Venkatesan has published more than 48 research papers in reputed international peer- reviewed journals and over 20 papers in national and international conferences. He serves as a reviewer for several reputed international journals and actively contributes to the research community through his scholarly expertise.

Mr. S. Srinivasan is a Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at K.S. Rangasamy College of Technology. He has received a B.E. degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and M.E. degree in Power System Engineering from Annamalai University. He has been teaching experience for 29 years in total. His research interests is Power System. He has published more than 07 papers in international referred journals and 13 conference papers. He is an active life member in ISTE.

Dr. R. Balamurugan is an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering, K.S.Rangasamy College of Technology, Tiruchengode. He has received his M.E and Ph.D. degree from Anna University, Chennai during 2007 and 2012 respectively. He has a teaching experience of 19 years in total. His research interests include Power Electronics and Drives, Electric Vehicle, Power Quality and Intelligent Control of drives. He has published more than 39 papers in International refereed journals and 33 papers in conferences. Additionally, he has 02 granted design patents with 06 published patents to his credit. He has authored a book on Internet of Things and 02 book chapters. He is a recognized supervisor at Anna University, Chennai, with 06 scholars having completed their research under his guidance and currently mentoring 02 research scholars. He is a reviewer for reputed journals like, IEEE transactions on Industrial Electronics, Journal of Electrical Engineering and Technology, International Journal of Power and Energy systems, International Journal of Power Electronics and Drive Systems, International Transactions on Electrical Energy Systems, Asian Journal of Control and Conferences. He has also been acted as the Remote Centre Coordinator/AVIEW Coordinator/QEEE Coordinator at the institutional level for Faculty Development Programs (FDP) and Short-Term Training Programs (STTP) organized by IIT Bombay, IIT Kharagpur and IIT Madras. He received Best Faculty Award in year of 2014-2015. He is an active member of IEEE, ISTE, IE(I) and IAENG.

Dr. R. Radhamani is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at K. S. Rangasamy College of Technology. She completed her B.E., M.E., and Ph.D. degrees in 2004, 2010, and 2025, respectively, and has 20 years of teaching experience in the field of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Her areas of academic and research interest include Power Electronics, Electrical Drives, Computational Techniques, and Electric Vehicle Technology. Her current research focuses on harmonic minimization in power electronic inverters, with an emphasis on improving power quality and converter performance.

Dr. Radhamani has published more than 8 research papers in international refereed journals and 15 papers in international conferences. She is an active member of the Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE) and has guided 10 postgraduate and 24 undergraduate projects. She has actively enhanced her professional competencies by participating in 20 workshops, 7 Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs), and 10 seminars. She has also organized several academic and technical events and delivered many lectures in her areas of expertise.

She has been actively associated with the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) of K. S. Rangasamy College of Technology and is serving as the President of IIC, leading institutional activities related to innovation, entrepreneurship, intellectual property rights, startup development, and industry engagement. In this role, she has coordinated various innovation and entrepreneurship activities, including ideation programmes, design thinking activities, IPR awareness programmes, innovation challenges, workshops, boot camps, and mentoring initiatives. She has also contributed to the implementation of the IIC and Mentor- Mentee initiatives, promoting an innovation-driven ecosystem among students and faculty.

As part of her continuous professional development and industry-oriented skilling, Dr. Radhamani has undergone specialized training in Automotive Networking from Vector Informatik, Bengaluru, with exposure to automotive communication technologies and tools. She is currently engaged in academic and technical activities related to automotive networking, CANoe,, CAN Ethernet and automotive communication technologies. Through her teaching, research, innovation leadership, project guidance, industry-oriented training, and continuous upskilling, she strives to equip students with contemporary technical knowledge, innovation capabilities, and industry-relevant skills.

Dr. M. Shyamalagowri currently serves as Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering and as the Head of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) and Autonomous at K.S. Rangasamy College of Technology, Tiruchengode, Tamil Nadu. She holds a B.E. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from K.S. Rangasamy College of Technology (2001), an M.E. in Control Systems from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore, and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Control Systems from Anna University, Chennai, awarded in 2018. With over 25 years of teaching experience, she is widely recognized for her academic excellence, impactful research, and leadership in institutional quality assurance. She plays a key administrative role as an IQAC Coordinator and Member of the Governing Council. She has successfully secured over ₹18 lakhs in faculty training and development grants from funding agencies such as AICTE, DST-NIMAT, NAAC, and ATAL. She recognized as a Chief Mentor under the AICTE Margadarshan Scheme, guiding three mentee institutions. A member of professional bodies including ISTE, IAENG, ISSSE, and IFERP, she has published over 30 research papers in reputed Scopus indexed and Web of Science-indexed journals. Her primary research interests include electric vehicles, renewable energy systems, control engineering, and IoT-based applications. She has authored books and contributed chapters published by leading academic publishers such as CRC Press, Taylor & Francis, IGI Global, and others. She has reviewed more than 35 papers for prestigious international journals and conferences, including Nonlinear Dynamics, ISA Transactions, and Proc. IMechE. She has delivered presentations at over 70 national and international conferences and holds patents in smart system and renewable energy technologies. An active participant in faculty development programmes, NPTEL courses, and academic workshops, she is also a certified Innovative Ambassador, committed to fostering academic innovation, quality enhancement, and research-driven education.

Dr. R. Banupriya is working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at K.S.R. College of Technology. She has completed her undergraduate and postgraduate degrees from Anna University, Chennai, and has extensive academic and professional experience in the field of Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

Her areas of teaching and research include Power Electronics, Electrical Drives, Industrial Automation, Renewable Energy Systems, Power Electronics for Renewable Energy Systems, and emerging applications of intelligent and automated systems. She has been actively involved in curriculum development, outcome-based education, NBA-related academic activities, project-based learning, and innovative teaching-learning practices.

She has published research papers in reputed International Journals and International Conferences and has actively participated in several Faculty Development Programmes, workshops, seminars, conferences, and technical training programmes. She has guided numerous UG and PG student projects and has contributed to the development of innovative academic and technical projects in the areas of power electronics, renewable energy, automation, and emerging technologies.

Dr. Banupriya has actively contributed to various academic and institutional activities, including NBA, NAAC, IQAC, curriculum development, accreditation documentation, academic coordination, student development activities, and technical event coordination. She has also been involved in organizing and coordinating workshops, seminars, faculty development programmes, industrial visits, and other academic and technical events.

She is committed to teaching excellence, research, innovation, industry–academia collaboration, and continuous curriculum improvement, with a focus on developing industry- ready and socially responsible engineering graduates. Her professional interests also include interdisciplinary applications of electrical engineering, automation, renewable energy, and emerging technologies for sustainable development.

Dr. D. Sri Vidhya is the Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at K.S. Rangasamy College of Technology, Tiruchengode, with 18 years of experience in teaching, academic leadership, research, and institutional development. She holds a Ph.D. from Anna University, Chennai, with specialization in Electrical Drives, Artificial Intelligence, Power Electronic Converters, and Renewable Energy Sources. Her academic career reflects a strong commitment to excellence in teaching, research, innovation, and professional development.

Her research interests encompass Power Electronics, Electrical Drives, Artificial Intelligence, Renewable Energy, Electric Vehicles, Smart Grids, IoT, and Intelligent Control Systems. She has contributed numerous research publications in reputed international journals and conferences, including IEEE and Springer publications. She has also guided research scholars and postgraduate students in emerging areas of electrical engineering, intelligent energy systems, electric mobility, and advanced control technologies.

She has previously served as the Institution IPR Head, contributing significantly to the promotion of Intellectual Property Rights, innovation, technology transfer, patent development, and entrepreneurship. She has organized and delivered several seminars, workshops, FDPs, and awareness programmes on IPR, patents, AI, smart grids, renewable energy, and electric vehicles. She has also undertaken key institutional responsibilities in research coordination, NBA, IRINS, technology transfer, project coordination, and academic development.

Her professional achievements include the AICTE Lilavati Award 2021–2022 – First Prize, International Best Researcher Award 2019, NSF Outstanding Best Research Paper Award – First Prize, and Outstanding Women Award 2018. With a strong blend of academic leadership, research excellence, innovation, IPR expertise, and emerging technology orientation, Dr. Sri Vidhya continues to contribute towards quality engineering education, impactful research, industry relevance, and institutional growth.

Ms. N. Kayalvizhi is working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, K S Rangasamy College of Technology, Tiruchengode. She has received her M.E degree from Anna University, Chennai. She has 22 years of teaching experience. She is currently working in research area focusing on Optimal Reconfiguration of Radial Distribution System. She has published more than 5 papers in International Refereed Journals and 4 papers in Conferences. She is an active member of ISTE.

Dr.Thangadurai A. is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at K.S.Rangasamy College of Technology, Tiruchengode, with nearly 18 years of experience in teaching, research, student mentoring, and academic activities. He completed his Ph.D. under the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Anna University, Chennai, with his doctoral research focusing on the early detection of chronic kidney disease using effective hybrid feature selection and optimized neural network classifier models.

His major areas of research and professional interest include Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Healthcare Analytics, Data Science, Embedded Systems, Internet of Things (IoT), Biomedical Instrumentation, Signal Processing, Neural Networks, and Soft Computing. He has contributed research publications in Scientific Reports and IEEE/Scopus-indexed international conferences, with a focus on developing intelligent and technology-driven solutions for real-world engineering and healthcare applications.

He has extensive teaching experience in areas such as Embedded Systems, Virtual Instrumentation and LabVIEW, Process Control, Instrumentation, Biomedical Instrumentation, Microprocessors and Microcontrollers, Measurements and Instrumentation, Neural Networks and Fuzzy Systems, and Basic Electrical and Electronics Engineering. He has also guided student projects involving IoT, healthcare monitoring, automation, embedded systems, smart agriculture, and industrial monitoring.

His academic contributions have been recognized through several awards, including the ISOI Best Teacher Award – 2024 from the Instrument Society of India, IISc., Bengaluru, and the Best NPTEL Coordinator Award – 2025 at KSRCT. He is a Life Member of ISoI, ISTE, BMESI, and ISSE, and has actively contributed to professional, academic, training, and student-development activities.

Mr. N. Rajasekaran is a assistant professor in the department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering working at K.S.Rangasamy college of Technology. He has received his M.E degree from Anna University Coimbatore. He has a teaching experience 15.3 years in total. His research interest include Electrical insulating Materials, Electrical Machines, Control systems and Power systems. He is currently working with research focusing on finding new insulating material suitable for electrical cable applications. He has published more than 15 paper in international journal publications. He has published 10 patent. His student project was funded by IEEEMA. He has secured GATE score in the year 2012 & 2013. He has organized more than 8 events to intercollege students. He has acted as resource person to other colleges. He is involved in International Conferences as Technical Chair. He is an active member of ISTE since 2013.

Ms.S.Jaividhya, Assistant Professor, Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, K.S.Rangasamy College of Technology. She has received her M.E. degree from Anna University, Chennai. She has a teaching experience of 15.4 years in total. Her research interests include Power systems, Smart grid, Artificial Intelligent Techniques. She is currently working in research area focusing on Smart grid, Transmission system, Phasor measurement unit, Phase data concentrator. She has published 10 papers in IEEE International Conferences and two in journal. She received domain certificate from NPTEL. She has authored one book chapter and published ten patents. She is an active member in ISTE, Readers Club, Cultural club.

Mr. M. Dhanapal is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at K.S. Rangasamy College of Technology, Tiruchengode. He received his M.E. degree from Anna University, Chennai, and completed an AICTE PG Certification Programme in AI & Robotics from NIT Puducherry. He has 14.1 years of teaching experience. His research interests include Power Systems, Smart Grids, and Machine Learning, and he is currently pursuing research in the area of Smart Microgrids. He has published more than 6 papers in international journals and 7 papers in international conferences. He has also published 4 patents and 1 book chapter. He has organized more than 6 value-added courses and more than 10 one-credit courses for students. He was awarded the “SAP Excellence for Top Performer” recognition among participants from engineering colleges across the nation for a four-week AICTE-approved FDP conducted by IIT Bombay on “Use of ICT in Education for Online and Blended Learning.” He has served as a resource person for various colleges and has been involved in international conferences as a Technical Co-Chair. He is an active member of ISTE, IAENG, IRED, and IGEN.

Mr. E. Chandrakumar is a Assistant Professor in the department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering working at K.S. Rangasamy college of Technology. He has received his M.E degree from Anna University Chennai. He has a teaching experience 3.2 years in total. His research interest includes Electronic Product Design, Embedded System, Power System, Electric Vehicle. He is currently working in research area focusing on Electric Vehicle. He has published more than 04 paper in international journal peer reviewed publications. He has published 06 papers in international conferences. He has 01 patent owned for SAFETECH PEN. He has published 01 book chapter. He has received Startup fund of Rs.7.5 Lakhs from MSME – for the project “SAFETECH PEN”. He has additional responsibilities of Associate NCC Officer, KSRCT Idea Lab Tech Guru and IIC Coordinator.

Mr. P. Karthik is an assistant professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering working at K.S.Rangasamy College of Technology. He has received his M.E degree from Anna University Chennai. He has a teaching experience of 3 years in total and 6 years of industrial experience as a Service Engineer at Aero Construction Equipments in the hydraulics and electrical domain. His research interests include Electro hydraulic systems, Electrical Machines, Control systems and Power systems. He is currently working with research focusing on finding hybrid model steering for heavy vehicles. He has published more than 02 papers in international journal publications. He has organized more than 10 events to intercollege students.
