The objective of this cell is to provide protection against sexual harassment and for prevention and redressal of complaints of sexual harassment and matters connected therewith and incidental thereto.

- Receive and address complaints of sexual harassment
- Conduct inquiries in a fair, impartial, and time-bound manner
- Recommend appropriate action to college administration
- Maintain confidentiality of all proceedings and documents
- Submit annual reports to administration and district officer

- Organize awareness programs on sexual harassment prevention
- Educate community about rights and responsibilities
- Foster safe and supportive environment for all
- Implement policies against sexual harassment
- Ensure compliance with POSH Act 2013

- Provide support to complainants throughout process

- Assist in navigating complaint procedures
- Ensure protection from retaliation
